John may be more of a behind-the-scenes guy here at Little but we are grateful for his help every day. When he is not fixing something or solving problems at Little, he is taking care of his 5-year-old son, Sebastian. So in honor of Father's Day, we thought we would ask him a few questions about being a dad.
What is the best part about being a dad? Are there any unexpected parts of fatherhood that you have enjoyed in particular?
Learning from your children + the truth they speak. Your children teach you as much as you teach them + they reflect the truth of your words + actions. If you talk it but don't walk it they will let you know!
What is the hardest part about parenthood?
Being strong enough to do what your head tells you is right + not let your heart soften your convictions.
What is the funniest/best thing that Bash did this week?
My son makes me laugh when he does his 'hardcore' dance interpretations to the 90's hip-hop on the radio.
What did your dad teach you that you're excited to pass along to Sebastian?
Be bold + own your actions. Look people in the eye + be true.
Thank you + Happy Father's Day!
