We wanted to share an update with you regarding shipping, in the spirit of being as transparent as possible.
We, like many of you, have noticed an increase in the number of shipping delays and packages stuck "in transit." This isn't just affecting Little, but stores large and small across the country. And trust us, we are as frustrated as you. As we get closer to Christmas, we know that the longer these delays take, the scarier it is. All you want are the items you ordered for your littles and loved ones, and we feel the same!
This holiday season is unlike any other, and our team at Little has always done our best to get your orders to you as soon as possible. Little is currently shipping same day or next day Monday through Friday. However, once your order leaves our doorstep, we have very little control over when it arrives on yours.
For those of you still waiting, we encourage you to keep checking your tracking information or reach out to the shipping carrier to see if they have more information to share. Our customer service team is standing by, as always, and is here if you need us. We wish there was more we could do besides listen, sympathize, and stay positive that all will arrive in time for the holidays.
We need to give the postal service and UPS the next couple of weeks to safely deliver what’s already been shipped. If you’ve already reached out, please follow-up to let us know if/when your order does arrive. If your order truly doesn’t come in time, or at all, then please let us know.

This holiday season is unlike any other, and our team at Little is ready to help make some holiday magic happen for you and your little ones. While we always do our best to get your orders to you as soon as possible, this year we--like all small businesses--face some challenges that are outside our control, like postal delays and slower inventory. What does this mean for you? It means we are encouraging everyone to plan ahead and shop early this year! Below are some key dates to keep in mind as you make your list and check it twice! We wanted to give our community an update on our plans for the foreseeable future. Given that Little is a place for children and their families, we are taking the most cautious approach possible to reopening. This means that for the time being, instead of in-person shopping, will be offering free, convenient store pickup, just a few steps up the street at our sister store, Bliss, at 58 Exchange Street! Just order online and at checkout, select "Pickup." You'll get an email when your order is ready and waiting for you to pick up during Bliss store hours (Mon-Sat 10-6 & Sun 12-5)! We are now offering curbside pickup! When you checkout on our website, you can choose delivery or local pickup. Pickup times are Mondays 12pm-4pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays 10-5pm. Once you checkout online, you'll get an email from us 1-2 days later when your order is ready for pickup!
