Hello!

Our team will be unavailable from August 3rd through August 9th while we move our office and shipping team into our brand new headquarters. All orders placed after 12:00pm EST August 2nd, will be shipped on August 9th. This is an all-hands-on-deck type of move for our small team so unfortunately during this time, we will be unable to ship orders or respond to customer service inquiries. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we make this exciting transition! It is only with your support that we have been able to grow over the past 6 years and we are looking forward to being able to serve you even better from our new office space.
We can't wait to hear from you on the 9th!

Q: I need to make a return.

Q: I received the wrong item. 
A: We are so sorry about that!  We will get this sorted out as soon as we are back in the office on 8/9! 

 

Q: I want to cancel or modify my order. 
A: No problem! We ask that you please reply to your order confirmation email by adjusting the subject line to add: CANCEL or MODIFY, so that we can easily see your order request. As for modifications, we ask that you please, place a NEW order for the items you wish to receive and our team will modify and combine as we see fit when we resume shipping on August 9th. 

 

Q: My tracking hasn't been updated.
A: As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, USPS Priority Mail and First-Class packages may temporarily experience delivery delays due to limited transportation availability.  All orders placed by 12 pm EST 8/2 will be processed and picked up by the carrier. 

 

Q: I placed an order for local pick up, when can I pick it up?
A: All local pick up orders placed during our move, will be available for pick up next week at our sister store, Bliss located at 58 Exchange St! 

 

Q: Dropship Items: 
A: We have currently turned off the option to buy Drop Ship items (Milton & Goose, Oeuf Furniture, Poppie Toys & Banwood), once we are back in the office August 9th, we will make those items available for purchase again! 

 

Q: Do you offer Expedited Shipping?
A: Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate any expedited shipments during our move.
