In-store pick-up at our Portland, Maine store is temporarily unavailable. If you select this method, we will notify you in 1-3 business days by email when your order is available for pick-up. Please note that if you are not happy with your purchase, all returns & exchanges must be processed through the web (see our Return Policy here). You can leave/drop off your return at our Portland store location only after it has been pre-authorized by phone or email.
All other orders are shipped via USPS & UPS.
Orders placed before 2pm EST on Monday - Friday will begin processing that day and will ship within 1 – 3 business days pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed after 2pm EST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 1 – 3 business days. (If your order is placed on Friday after 2pm EST, it will begin processing on the following Monday.) Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.
All Web Exclusive pieces will ship within 15 business days from the order date, even if expedited shipping is selected.
Little will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you’ve selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.
Orders shipped to the US via standard shipping (USPS) can take 5 – 7 business days. Orders sent via Expedited shipping (UPS 2nd Day Air) will be delivered by the end of the second business day. Please keep in mind some locations in Alaska + Hawaii require additional transit time.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages or packages delayed by USPS or UPS.
For orders going to Canada, our only shipping method at this time is standard shipping, which is a flat $25. Expedited shipping is not available. Customers are responsible for all customs and duties.
