• Velcro at neck and can be adjusted

Wand:

• Wand is approx. 13” long, star is approx. 3.5” x 3.5”
• Star is a glitter-covered cotton fabric that is filled with a bit of stuffing for a bit of puff!
• Glitter is pressed on fabric so it won’t shed around the house
• Tulle is attached to the wand, and the stem is wooden
• Not designed for children under 4 yrs
